The simple answer? Everyone! The U Matter, We Care initiative relies on our students, faculty, staff, families, and community to put care into action. It is not enough to say that you care for your fellow Gator you have to show it. Some of these actions can be small like reaching out to someone who might be disconnected. An action can be for advocating for other Gators. Or about being informed about the different resources on campus that are designed to help students in distress. Action and support are at the center of the University of Florida’s culture of care.
